Dear Members and Friends of The Little Church on the Prairie,
As Campaign Co-Chairs for Little Church’s Capital Stewardship Program, we are pleased to announce the beginning of our “Big Heart. Big Vision.” campaign! The purpose of our campaign is to raise money to continue in our mission to make disciples, grow disciples and share the love of Jesus Christ with all people. This will allow us to expand our Family Ministry by creating a space for our youth and enhance our Worship experience with the purchase of updated equipment. We also have plans for new ministries … there is so much to share with you! Stay plugged in so you don’t miss any of the great plans to come.
At our Session meeting we voted to hire The Enrichment Group, professional consultants, to guide us in our vision. The Enrichment Group has led hundreds of successful church campaigns. Our consultant is Marc Rieke. He brings the experience, expertise, and effectiveness to lead us to the successful conclusion of our campaign. His leadership will be devoted to inspire, inform, involve, and invite each member to commit to campaign service and support.
The campaign emphasis will focus on biblical stewardship to encourage Christian growth and commitment. The process will provide many opportunities for you to become involved through bible study, prayer vigil, enrichment gatherings, banquets, and other activities. We need your help to be successful. Please give prayerful consideration to helping if you are contacted by a member of the campaign team.
In the next few months you will be receiving periodic campaign newsletters which will give you the full details of how we will expand our ministry through “Big Heart. Big Vision.” Watch for special articles and announcements in our church newsletter as well as in the Sunday bulletin.
This is an exciting time to be a part of The Little Church on the Prairie family. We look forward to working in partnership with you. You are the heart of the Little Church. Together, we can achieve our Big Vision!
